The Associates that work with Cadence’s Staffing Services are selected carefully to meet the unique needs of our clients.  It is important to us that our Associates be matched with contracts that are best suited for their skills, abilities and interests.

Our Associates have the following:

  • A university degree or college diploma, or are within 1 year of completion
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge and experience supporting vulnerable people with the implementation of programming and services for life, social and behaviour skill development
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Non-violent crisis intervention training that meets the Ministry standards
  • Medical and criminal reference check clearance for working with vulnerable people
